Minneapolis-based artist HOT+TEA uses yarn to create nondestructive street art.

The Tree Hotel in Harads, Sweden is a place where nature, ecological values, comfort and modern design combine for an exciting adventure. Inspired by Jonas Selberg August's film The Tree Lover, a film about three men who tire of the city and go to the country to build a trakoja and philosophize about the big issues. And so as not to spoil your romantic getaway, there's an infrared film laminated into the glass panes visible to birds only so as not to be interrupted by a feather friend while "exchanging gifts".

The good people at Kukees sent us some delicious, um, biscuit/scone/muffin concoctions, and it's getting us through the afternoon. Not sure how they were tipped off, but we love a mid-afternoon sugar rush.
